After two years of moisture, mold, and leak problems, and being accused of originating from our bathroom drain, Martin from Lekkage Partner provided definitive evidence that the leak originated from the pressure-release pipe connecting to the downpipe. Therefore, the homeowners' association (VVE) is responsible. He took his time, used various equipment, and checked everything. We received a good and clear report that same evening. This is a professional company that we highly recommend.

Very satisfied. After having several people look at our leak without success, we finally found LekkagePartner. With his extensive investigation, he was able to find the cause. He also explained clearly how the leak occurred and the various options for solving it. We received a comprehensive report, including a video of the inside of our cavity wall, where the problem is visible. Besides being professional, LekkagePartner is also a very friendly man. Even our cat, who hates strangers, had no problem with him. A good sign! By the way, we weren't asked to leave this review for a discount or anything like that. Better late than never, but a few months ago, Martin came to our house because we'd been experiencing leaks for months. The contractor tried several times to fix the leak, but as soon as it started raining heavily again, it dripped onto the kitchen cabinets again. Martin figured out the weak points almost immediately, and after just 5 minutes of spraying with the garden hose, we discovered the leaks. Fantastic service, superb quality. I wish I'd called Martin right away; it would have saved me a lot of money.

I contacted them about damp patches on the inside of the rear facade. They sent photos of the spots upon request. Martin called me back and took the time to explain the cause, knowing he wouldn't be doing any work himself because he specializes in other leaks. I can now continue with the advice.
